A recent TrustPilot review user claimed he was generally satisfied:

After many years i started to use this service again for crypto to fiat, mostly because PayPal has zero fees. The app is pretty neat and easy to use. Adding cards to account was easy. Adding bank accounts took 2 work days, but was easy in general. Bank transfers from PayPal wallet to bank account comes usually in less than 12h, no fees. In general, i am pleased of what i need, it does the job well with no extra fees. Compared to Skrill or Neteller, PayPal has slightly better service and fees.

However, a separate review on TrustPilot claimed the process was not easy:

I've tried countless times to buy crypto through this garbage company, and each time all that happens is they get their fees, but I can't transfer my crypto out. WHAT ANOTHER SCAM!!!!

On Better Business Bureau (BBB.org) PayPal has just a 1.15/5 rating, however these are general reviews and not only related to crypto.
